Mimint is located in a very prime area of Seminyak. Jalan Kayu Aya is home to many sought after restaurants, cafes, beach clubs, hotels, night clubs also bar. i.e.: Ku De Ta, Woobar, Potato head, Mamasan, Batik, La Luciola, La Favela, Corner house, The Bistrot, Rumours, Tratoria, Mykonos etc. all within walking distance. Jalan Kayu Aya is the ultimate heart of Seminyak, it’s where Seminyak started to get built and got famous. Jalan Kayu Aya also known by locals in 3 different names but most commonly being called Jalan Oberoi or Jalan Laksmana, and “Eat Street” by the expats. To get to the closest beach you should walk from home towards Ku De Ta and enter the beach from their entrance, it’s free! There are 2 famous beaches that are stretched along Jalan Kayu Aya, Seminyak beach and Petitenget beach. Seminyak beach basically divided in to 2 parts: Double Six beach (stretching along jalan double six, Seminyak) and Seminyak Beach itself (Starts from Anantara Resorts to W Hotel Seminyak). If you fancy running during the sunrise or sunset by the beach, the route between double six beach to Berawa beach in Canggu is the favorite track for the beach runners.
